Position: Social Media Content Creator

Location: Spain (Remote)

Role Overview

Rove Concepts and Rove Next are looking for a creative Social Media Content Creator to join our marketing team on a full-time basis. This role will create engaging, on-brand content across both brands to grow our online communities, increase engagement, and strengthen brand awareness.

The ideal candidate has a passion for storytelling, content creation, and social media trends, with experience producing high-quality content for lifestyle, furniture, interior design, or e-commerce brands.

What You’ll Do

• Create engaging photo, video, and short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, Threads, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
• Plan and maintain social media content calendars across Rove Concepts and Rove Next.
• Film, edit, and publish Reels, TikToks, Stories, and other short-form content.
• Write compelling captions and social copy aligned with each brand’s voice.
• Identify emerging trends, sounds, and content opportunities to increase engagement and reach.
• Collaborate with the Marketing, Creative, and E-Commerce teams on campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
• Assist with influencer collaborations, user-generated content initiatives, and community engagement.
• Monitor content performance and provide recommendations to improve engagement and audience growth.
• Maintain a consistent visual identity and brand voice across all social channels.

What You’ll Need

• 2+ years of experience creating social media content for an e-commerce, lifestyle, or consumer brand.
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media content, photography, videography, and editing skills.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar creative tools.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts, and other major social platforms.
• Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and creative thinking skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience using AI content creation tools is considered an asset.
