AWS tutorials

This series follows the AWS Certified Solutions Architect — Associate syllabus, service by service, with console walkthroughs and CLI commands. It is the largest series on the site and is meant to be read in order: each chapter builds on the previous one.

Part one covers the fundamentals: what cloud computing is, AWS history and global infrastructure, creating an account, and IAM — users, groups, roles and policies. Part two is compute and storage: EC2 instance families, launch templates, purchasing options, security groups, EBS, EFS and the whole S3 chapter (buckets, policies, static hosting, storage classes, lifecycle rules, cross-region replication).

Part three is networking and delivery — VPC, peering, Transit Gateway, ELB, Auto Scaling, CloudFront, Route 53 — then databases (RDS, DynamoDB), messaging (SNS), serverless (Lambda and API Gateway), automation (CloudFormation, SSM, Elastic Beanstalk) and containers (ECS, EKS). The EKS labs go deep: cluster setup, node groups, the cluster autoscaler, CloudWatch logging, the Kubernetes Dashboard and EBS/EFS persistent volumes.

Finish with the quizzes and FAQ to check your readiness for the exam.
